How to update your email address and contact information

  • Go to Log in
  • Click on MY PROFILE. Edit the email form field.
  • Click Update Now at the bottom of the page.

How to change your password

  • Go to Log in
  • Click on MY PROFILE. Edit the username or password form field.
  • Click Update Now at the bottom of the page.

How to confirm payment of entry fee and finalize submission

When your application is ready to submit, you are directed to checkout. Checkout is the final step in the submission process. After checkout, you will receive a printable confirmation receipt. A copy of the receipt will also be sent to your email address.

You may preview any entry that has been submitted by logging in and choosing an entry to "review." If you do not reach the checkout step or have not paid the entry fee (if any), this may mean that your application was started but not submitted. Even applications that do not have an entry fee must proceed to checkout and submit at no cost.


How to stop receiving email notifications

If you no longer wish to receive notifications of calls for entry and other general CaFÉ™ emails, you may opt out of the CaFÉ™ email list.

To opt out

  • Go to Log in
  • Click on MY PROFILE
  • Un-select one or all four of the notifications that you no longer wish to receive.
  • Click Update Now at the bottom of the page.

When you opt out of receiving CaFÉ™ notifications, you will continue to receive notification from each competition sponsor regarding whether your submitted application has been selected or not selected.

Email addresses are not shared

Your CaFÉ™ contact information is kept private and never shared or sold to unauthorized parties.
