E-mail FAQ and CaFÉ Communication Policy Information
I have a new e-mail address.
- To update your contact information, please go to www.CallForEntry.org, and log in to your CaFÉ account. Click on My Info in the left-side navigation menu, and edit the information in your profile. Click Update at the bottom of the page to save changes.
I received two confirmation e-mails after I submitted my application. Was I charged twice?
- If you received two of the same e-mail confirmations you have not been charged twice. You may receive multiple confirmation e-mails if you hit the back button during checkout. To verify your transactions please go to your My CaFÉ Entries page and compare the number you have received on the e-mail receipt with what you see there. Please also check your own records to confirm the transactionit will appear on your statement as a transaction by the Western States Arts Federation. If you have further questions, please contact the call for entry administrator for transaction verification.
I have not received an e-mail from CaFÉ. What should I do?
- Please check your e-mail inbox carefully and also the junk and quarantine folders. If you are not receiving e-mails from CaFÉ, and you are sure your e-mail address in correct in your CaFÉ profile, please review your e-mail spam filter options or notify your e-mail provider about unblocking messages.
- CaFÉ does not determine jury results and does not automatically send an e-mail regarding jury results. Please contact the call for entry administrator and ask about your current application status.

- Your My Profile page of the CaFÉ system includes an "opt-in" communications feature. You may select one or many of the following types of communications to receive the listed notifications. In addition, you can also change your e-mail or mailing address from the My Profile page. More information is available at Communication Policy.

Why do I need e-mail to use CaFÉ?
- An e-mail address is required in order to register for a CaFÉ account. E-mail is the standard means of communication used to facilitate call for entry information by call for entry administrators. Your information is kept private and not shared or sold to unauthorized parties.
